Tested working on cfw 4. For best experience and multiplayer/online, u need cfw 5.00 m33-6 in order to play smoothly.

This game consists of JPN and EUR release, you can set your psp language to the one you want it to be.
If your psp system language is set to English, the game itself will be in English. Same goes for other languages.

finally done uploading to mf, any mf links down or parts not working, do let me know.

Edit: i am surprised that it is in multi 4 format.guess the makers of this game wants to cater to a wider range of audience.

well, maybe they do this so sell a lot of this game, via import...so , they can say WE SELL A LOT OF THIS GAME IN THE FIRST WEEK!!!!

apparently, it is not jpn mix eng. by setting your psp language to english, it will have english audio + text, so u can say it has full english version in it~

apparently, it is though. EUR will consists of ENG and other European languages like spanish, french, german, etc depending whether it is multi 2,3,4,5 or 6 release.
